Harvest: Manual in crates when the grapes are very ripe
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for about 15-20 days
Aging: In tonneau for 12 months then in terracotta amphora for another 12 months, then rests in stainless steel tanks for about 12 before going into the bottle where it remains in refinement for at least 4 months
